Terms of Service

Flowspark turns a plain-language request you write into a working n8n automation. The service is currently in free beta — functionality, availability, and the pricing model may change without prior notice.

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → "Delete Account".

You may NOT use Flowspark to:

• Build an automation that sends spam or unsolicited bulk messages/emails.
• Send unauthorized bulk marketing email.
• Carry out any unlawful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
• Place an excessive load on our technical infrastructure (e.g. abusively frequent execution).
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.

Violation of these rules may result in your account being suspended or deleted without notice.

When you connect a third-party service (Google, Slack, Gmail, etc.) to Flowspark, YOU are responsible for complying with THAT service's own terms of use and privacy policy. Flowspark is not that service — it is only the mechanism that calls it on your behalf, in the way you configured.

Automations are generated by AI from the prompt you write. The AI CAN MAKE MISTAKES — it may choose the wrong step or produce an unexpected result. You must review every automation yourself before activating it, and you are responsible for its outcomes.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make NO warranty, express or implied, of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowspark and its operator are NOT LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data loss) arising from your use of the service.

• You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
• We may suspend or delete your account for violating these terms, unlawful activity, or prolonged inactivity.
• How your data is deleted after termination is described in §9 of the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
